Standard UK Delivery
Standard delivery in the UK is sent via Royal Mail post and covers the whole of the UK mainland & islands including Northern Ireland. Our standard delivery is normally made within 3-5 working days but can take up to 14 working days to arrive depending on the time of year. Items over a certain value will be sent via Recorded or Express delivery service to make sure this arrives and is insured.
Next Working Day Delivery (UK only)
Next working day delivery is available for £4.95 on all orders placed Monday to Friday before 2pm (GMT).
*Order by Tuesday 2pm and we guarantee you will receive it by 6pm Wednesday. Just select our 'Next Working Day' service at the checkout. Please note that severe weather conditions may have an effect on services and that this is beyond our control. Delivery is made Monday to Friday only for this service, excluding bank holidays. A signature will be required upon delivery.

Saturday Delivery (UK only)
We also offer an urgent Saturday Delivery if you are ordering on Friday as this would normally be delivered on Monday. **This service is available for £6.95 and is guaranteed to arrive on Saturday if ordered by 2pm (GMT) on Friday, excluding bank holidays. Just select ‘Saturday’ from the drop down menu at the checkout. A signature will be required upon delivery.
Sunday Delivery (UK only)
We also offer a Sunday Delivery service for £9.95. ***Order by 2pm (GMT) on Friday, excluding bank holidays for delivery on Sunday. Just select ‘Sunday’ from the drop down menu at the checkout. A signature will be required upon delivery.
Worldwide delivery is sent via Royal Mail International post. Please note, we cannot be held responsible for any import taxes there may be in your country of residence, so please make sure you are aware of this. Europe please allow 5-10 working days for delivery and all other areas please allow 5-14 working days for delivery. These delivery times are not guaranteed as they are sent using standard postal services, which cannot be tracked.
Telephone Ordering and Customer Service
We can be contacted on 01933 278857, the office is open Monday - Friday 9am until 4:30pm (GMT). There is an answer phone for all other times so please leave a message and we will get back to you. Telephone orders can be accepted but we can only send to the registered card holder’s address.
Voucher / Discount Codes
Unless otherwise stated you cannot use a discount or voucher code in conjunction with any other offer. Discount/Voucher codes can only be used online and must be entered at the checkout and validated at the time of placing your order.

"TTFC..." expire on 31st December 2014
"UMB..." expire on 31st December 2016
Please note that we cannot be held responsible for discount codes shared on third party sites if these codes have expired and the correct date is not given.
Free Gifts with orders are subject to availability and the exact gift maybe substituted at any time. If an order is returned and a free gift was included, this also must be returned with the order to obtain a full refund.
We operate a 100% secure website and payment system to make sure you are safe when shopping with us. No actual payment details are taken or stored on our website. Credit & Debit card payments are all made through our Secure Merchant provider (PayPal).
Purchase of goods
As soon as we receive your order it will be processed and a confirmation email will be sent to you. All items available for purchase are in stock, however if there is any problem with an item or order we will contact you.
All goods shown on our site include V.A.T at the current rate in the UK, this will include any delivery charges.
Once you have placed your order we aim to dispatch the product within 24 hours (Mon-Fri), however we often dispatch the same day if we can. To make it easier we will send you an email to notify you when your order has been dispatched.
Returns, Damages & Faulty Goods
Urban Male offers a no questions asked 30 day return policy on all goods, except special orders, bespoke items & pierced jewellery (such as earrings & body jewellery), this does not affect your statutory rights. We ask that items are returned unworn and in a saleable condition. Once received we aim to make a refund within 48 hours and can only refund customers using the same process as the payment was made.
Orders returned for unwanted goods will be at your cost. Please check the RETURNS page for full instructions on returning an order.
If returning a single item to us from an order placed under a multi-buy offer (eg. 3 for 2) the balance refunded will take into account the full retail price of the retained item(s) and not 50% of the full offer price. Therefore, when returning a single item, we strongly advise customers to opt for an exchange rather than refund to take full advantage of this offer. Returning two of the three items will see a refund made up to the full price of the third item that has been retained.

Urban Male is compliant with the Data Protection Act and will not pass your information on to anyone else. We do not send emails or newsletters unless you have given us permission. All your details are stored on our secure server and all payment details are kept secure, we do not keep paper copies of any payment information.
