Next Day Delivery

Guaranteed next day delivery is available for £3.99 on all orders placed Monday to Thursday before 2.30pm. Order Tuesday at 2pm and we guarantee you will receive it by 6pm Wednesday! Just select 'Next Day' service at the checkout for this service. Please note that severe weather conditions may have an effect on services and is beyond our control. This is only available to UK mainland customers. If you are outside of this area and require your item urgently please contact us.

UK Free Delivery

We offer a standard delivery option which is FREE on all orders within the United Kingdom, these items are sent via standard 1st class mail and delivery is normally within 1-3 working days but this is not guaranteed and may take up to 14 working days to arrive.

Worldwide Delivery

Delivery worldwide is £2.49 no matter how much you buy. We cannot be held responsible for any import taxes there may be in your country of residence, so please make sure you are aware of this. Delivery times are as follows, Europe please allow 5-10 days and all other areas please allow 5-14 days for delivery. These delivery times are not guaranteed as they are sent using standard postal service which is not traceable.

Telephone Ordering and Customer Service

We can be contacted on 01933 624084, the office is open Monday- Friday 9am until 5pm. There is an answer phone for all other times so please leave a message and we will get back to you. Telephone orders can be accepted but we can only send to the registered card holder’s address.

Purchase of goods

As soon as we receive your order it will be processed and a confirmation email will be sent to you. All items listed are in stock, however if there is any problem with an item or order we will contact you.

Prices

All goods shown on our site include V.A.T at the current rate in the UK, this will include any delivery charges.

Dispatch

Once you have placed your order we aim to dispatch the product within 24 hours(mon-fri), however we often dispatch the same day if we can. To make it easier we will send you an email to notify you when your order has been dispatched.

Returns, Damages & Faulty Goods

Urban Male offers a no questions asked 30 day return policy on all goods, except special orders or bespoke items. If you wish to return an item check our RETURNS page for more information. Once we receive the item a refund will be given, this excludes postage costs from and to us. If you receive an item and it has been damaged, where possible please sign as damaged and then notify us within 48hours. If we do not hear from you within this time we cannot take responsibility for this. We may ask you to provide proof that the item is damaged and on some occasions ask that the item is returned to us. All items are guaranteed for a period of one month, this does not include damage or general wear.

Privacy Policy

Urban Male is compliant with the Data Protection Act and will not pass your information on to anyone else. We do not send emails or newsletters unless you have given us permission. All your details are stored on our secure server and all payment details are kept secure, we do not keep paper copies of any payment information.
